Courses

Four courses are required to be eligible to write the RCM Exam. They are:

• Condominium Law
• Physical Building Management
• Financial Planning for Condominium Managers
• Condominium Administration and Human Relations

Courses are offered three times per year at Humber College (weekend and evening classes) or Mohawk College (online). Some ACMO 2000 certified property management companies also offer ACMO courses, but you must be an employee of those companies to enroll. Humber and Mohawk courses are open to everyone wishing to pursue their RCM designation.

MOHAWK COLLEGE:

All 4 courses (see below for course descriptions) will be offered on-line through Mohawk College.

* Textbooks are not included in the course fees.
