Condo Help is on the way? Linda
I was happy to find out last week that Rosario Marchese, MPP Trintiy Spadina is putting forward a private members bill, #185 with a whole lot of proposed changes that will provide support for all of us with condo problems.
One of the changes will be an association where complaints can be registered and a hearing held to resolve condo management issues instead of condo owners having to go out and pay legal fees where there are infractions of the Condo Act. HOORAY!!!!!
Please visit his website and register your complaints or support of this proposed bill and call your MPP to encourage them to vote YES TO BILL # 185

Update Linda
Bill #185 has passed second reading. We need this bill. Go on to Rosario Marchese's (MPP Trinity Spadina) website and read about it. Send him your complaints. The more the support for his private member's bill the better. Also write to Dalton McGuinty to let him know we need this bill to pass. Condo problems will not go away. The Landlords and Tenants got their association and so can we condo owners.I can't afford a lawyer, can you?
