| I am new in property management and I recently take over a condo and their insurance is coming up to renew. I just wodering if you have any suggestion for insurance company whick will insure this type of risk. I check with my agent and he said only a few will do.
Your help is appreciated. |

| Hi Paul, there are many companies that will insure condominium corporations. I would begin your search by engaging an insurance broker and let them do the research on costs for you.
You can begin with Atrens Council. They have experience with condominiums |
