| The new Ont. Corp. Amended Act indicates that Corp. "accounting records" must be kept for six years and tax records according to Rev.Can. What about all Board and AGM records, minutes, and legal records? How long do we have to archive the boxes of paper documents?

| I do not know the answer. But it would be wise to keep them for six years
also, as there may be references from both groups.....Jade |
