Maple Ridge Community Management has been proudly serving the condominium industry since 1984.  Maple Ridge manages a diverse portfolio of condominium across the GTA and Peel Region.  Maple Ridge Community Management is actively seeking highly motivated candidates with talent to join our team.

We are seeking Site Administrators (Condominium high-rise, GTA)

If you have the following site administration experience we would like to hear from you:

       
  • 3 years experience in high rise building as an onsite administrator
  •    
  • Yardi experience
  •    
  • Excellent people skills
  •    
  • Computer savvy, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  •    
  • Must be able to multitask, take initiative, and be very organized
  •    
  • Must have access to a reliable vehicle.

Property management companies may post employee opportunities on the ACMO web site. The company must inform the ACMO office when an employee is hired. The service is free to ACMO Corporate members. A charge of $100 is applicable to property management companies that are not members.
