In this Issue

In this issue of CM we ask the question: What does it take to make a responsible community? Effective management; people skills; a respect for human rights; compassion for aging unit owners; a commitment to greener alternatives. There are many qualities that make a responsible community. Each community is unique. The qualities, however, are universal.
