RCM Reinstatement

To qualify for RCM Reinstatement you must ensure you have met the following criteria:

Renewal under five years:

• Payment of current year’s dues, plus one year
• Currently employed full time as a Property Manager
• Sponsorship by two RCM members

Renewal over five years:

• Payment of current year’s dues, plus one year
• Currently employed full time as a Property Manager
• Sponsorship by two RCM members
• Completion of a recent Refresher Course
