COVID-19 Policy and Protocols

In accordance with the COVID-19 Policy and Protocols in the Province of Ontario, the following will be in place for all ACMO events in 2023: 

1. Proof of vaccination is not required for event attendance.
2. Attendees are not required to wear masks during the event; however, those who wish to are more than welcome; masks and hand sanitizer will also be made available for attendees.
3. Should a delegate have symptoms, been knowingly exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or develops symptoms while at the event, ACMO respectfully requires that individual withdraw their participation, thus eliminating exposure and risk to attendees and staff.

Assumption of Risk

All event attendees acknowledge that despite all preventative measures that are put in place by the venue and the event hosts, there is still an inherent risk of exposure to illness (COVID-19 or other) that exists in any public place where people are present. 

All event attendees voluntarily assume such risk for attendance at any and all ACMO events.
