Property Manager

CPO Management Inc. is a small boutique company which has been established for more than ten years.  We provide services in all areas of property management.  There are no bad or good buildings for us as we strive to fulfil the client’s expectations in an efficient, cost-effective and progressive way.

We are now looking for a full-time Property Manager, under the supervision of the Senior Property Manager, for a 4-year-old building of 400+ units in the midtown of GTA.  

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day running of the management office of a residential condominium corporation

• Dealing with enquiries and correspondence from owners, tenants and vendors

• Maintaining the owners and tenants records

• Managing all on-site staff including the security, superintendent and cleaners

• Attending regular board meetings

• Administering contracts for properties

• Co-ordinating the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations carried out on building

• Ensuring all property management policies, procedures and operations are conducted effectively

• General administrative duties such as attending to phone calls, filing and ordering supplies, etc.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in property management required with good understanding of all aspects of condominium property management

• Strong interpersonal, communications and organizational skills

• Excellent computers and writing skills

• Must have a licence with the CMRAO
