The Enfield Group Inc. is a professional Property Management Company, managing residential condominium, rental apartment buildings, condominium high-rise buildings, townhouse complexes, commercial office buildings, commercial/industrial plazas, commercial parking lots, co-operative housing communities, and non-profit housing. We also manage senior citizen communities, and service clients throughout the Golden Horseshoe: Hamilton, Burlington, Grimsby, St. Catharines, Niagara, Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, Brampton, Milton.

Our experienced team of Property Manager professionals work together to ensure each property has the structure and resources in place to support all needs of the property. Our online task and project management system delivers real-time collaborative management of operations to ensure that all tasks are prioritized and completed on-time.

We are seeking an experienced Condominium Property Manager to join our team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

● Ensure compliance with the Corporation’s Declaration, By-Laws, Rules, and Regulations as well as the Condominium Act

● Manage day-to-day operations of Condominium Corporations

● Manage relationships, issues/complaints and communications with Directors, Owners and/or Tenants, Contractors, and Employees

● Maintain Contractor/Vendor service logs containing: quotes, services performed, and costs incurred

● Conduct site inspections and required follow-up

● Ensure preventative and seasonal maintenance programs are current and implemented

● Prepare for and attend board meetings and Annual Owner's Meetings

● Budget preparation

Skills and Experience:

● 3+ years’ experience in managing condominium properties (preferred)

● Licensed Property Manager with R.C.M. designation (preferred)

● Expenses to obtain R.C.M. designation will be compensated (for the right candidate)

● Excellent organizational skills

● Strong written and oral communication skills

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Computer Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

● Demonstrated understanding of Financial Statements and Budgets

● Excellent Time Management skills

● Driver’s license and vehicle required

● Some evening work required for meetings
