Condominium Administrative Assistant
The Enfield Group Inc. is currently looking to hire a Condominium Administrative Assistant at our office in Waterdown, Ontario.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:
The condominium administrative assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior management and property managers as time permits.
This position reports to the Office Manager for all duties and supervision.
Must be able to project a friendly, helpful image to all contacts.
Must high competency level with computers, software packages and data bases, MS Suite to be able to use the computer to perform other duties as delegated.
Must be resourceful, take initiative within their scope of authority to complete tasks requested.
Must be able to work well with other people and when under pressure.
Knowledge of Shiftsuite software would be an asset but not essential.
Knowledge of Condominium Industry is highly desirable.
Works in office covering office hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with one hour for lunch from 1pm-2pm.
Opt-in benefit package after 3-month probationary period.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
Provide support to Office Manager first and foremost.
Social Media - Administer the Company's Social Media platforms.
Maintain file storage lists and destruction dates.
Special projects as assigned by Office Manager.
Provide assistance to accounting and property managers when time allows.
Cover reception when receptionist is sick, on vacation or as needed, including pick up and drop off and tracking of mail daily.
