Licensed Condominium Manager
TAG Management (www.tagmanagement.ca) is currently looking for a Licensed Condominium Manager to join our team.
The essential duties and requirements of the position of a Property Manager are multi-faceted, including arranging & attending all Board, Annual and Special General Meetings as well as regular inspections of the property to recommend remedial action to the Board as well as deal with after-hours and weekend emergency calls.
Applicants are to be familiar with and be able to communicate and enforce the Condominium Act, Declaration, By-Laws and Rules and Regulations, instructing legal action where appropriate and following through to respond and communicate with Condominium Corporation’s solicitors.
Our Condominium Managers require the ability to negotiate all contract preventive maintenance and other service contracts, as well as insurance policies, arrange an insurance appraisal, and supervise the work performed by the contracted personnel.
As a TAG Management Property Manager, you will receive support from a team assisting with most of the administrative functions, such as:
- Arranging for the Annual Audit
- AGM scheduling along with the preparation of the required AGM Documentation
- Preparation of Newsletters, Notices, Correspondence, CAO required mailings, Required Filings and updating of CAO
- Preparing and obtaining quotations for maintenance and repairs to the property and scheduling with owners where required
- Preparation and execution of all contracted preventive maintenance and other service contracts up to the execution of the board.
- Preliminary preparation of the annual Budget for Board approval and preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Preparation of Board Packages and minutes for monthly Board Meetings
- All collection duties, as well as status certificate preparation.
Qualifications required are a valid CMRAO General License in good standing, a reliable vehicle, a cell phone and a laptop.
Salary Range of $75,000 to $100,000 based on qualifications and experience.
