2014_fall

In This Issue

There are winds of change on the condominium management horizon. Sometime soon, perhaps this fall, we can expect to see new legislation for Ontario’s Condominium Act. Our timeline both looks back at ACMO’s achievements and previews the near future. We are extremely pleased that the honourable David Orazietti, Minister of Government and Consumer Services took time to contribute a letter for our members. Other topics include a survival guide to meetings, excellent insight from our long-term members, RCM exam study tips and the value of perspective renderings in renovations. As always, you can count on CM magazine to be your source for all things condominium.
