Letter to the Ministry: Status Certificate Fees

ACMO sent a letter to the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery urging them to revise status certificate fees established under the Condominium Act, 1998. Fees have remained unchanged since 2001, and, therefore, don’t account for current costs to maintain the high level of service required of condominium managers.
